Easy Nut-Free Apple Nachos

Recipes

When snack time calls, we like recipes that are easy enough for little hands and delicious enough that grown-ups want in, too. These apple nachos check every box: crisp apples, creamy SunButter, crunchy granola, and a sweet drizzle of Local Hive Honey.

Serve them in a cute spiral display for drizzling or in a stadium-style nacho tray for a portable snack on the go.

Build Your Own Apple Nacho Mountain

Slice 2–3 apples and arrange them on a plate like nachos. Let the kids take over from there: drizzle with SunButter, sprinkle on granola, and finish with Local Hive Honey.

For extra fun, let little ones create their own “nacho designs”—rainbows, smiley faces, or whatever culinary masterpiece they can dream up. Older kids can help slice the apples with a kid-safe knife.

Why We Love These Ingredients

Local Hive Honey is raw and unfiltered 100% U.S. honey sourced from American beekeepers, bringing naturally sweet flavor and a simple ingredient moms can feel good about choosing.

We love pairing it with SunButter, a nut-free sunflower seed butter that brings protein, healthy fats, and creamy richness to snack time. SunButter's Original variety provides 7g of protein per serving and is free from the top nine food allergens.

Reminder: Honey should not be given to children under 1 year old.
