This Strawberry Honey Mint Lemonade recipe swaps out refined sugar for a smooth, floral honey syrup made with Local Hive Wildflower Honey, bringing a rich, natural sweetness that perfectly balances the tart lemons and juicy strawberries.
Step 1: Make the Honey Syrup 🍯
Honey dissolves best when warmed, so we’re making a quick honey simple syrup to blend seamlessly into the lemonade.
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup water over low heat.
- Stir in ½ cup Local Hive Wildflower Honey until fully dissolved.

- In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup fresh lemon juice, the honey syrup, and the strawberry puree. (Or raw strawberry slices.)
- Add 4 cups cold water and stir well.
