Sweet Chia Pudding with Honey

Get a healthy start to your day with this sweet chia pudding with honey. Chia seeds are a natural source of fiber and protein that add a little more heft and texture to yogurt for a more satisfying breakfast.

For this recipe, we’re featuring Local Hive New England, which has a light, smooth, berry-tinged flavor. It’s got a fun, fruity flavor that’s great anywhere, but its light mouthfeel really lends itself to blending and mixing, like in this recipe. Check it out on our site here.
