Sweet Chia Pudding with Honey

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup boiled hot water
- 3 tbsp Local Hive New England Honey Blend
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups nut milk (almond, hemp, oat, soy, etc.)
- Figs, quartered
- Hazelnuts and almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 cup chia-honey-vanilla yogurt base mix
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup mango, cubed
- 2 dates
- Coconut flakes, toasted
- 1 cup chia yogurt base mix
- 2 tsp raw chocolate powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ancho chili powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
- Banana slices
- 1 cup chia yogurt base mix
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Strawberries, sliced
- Almonds, sliced

DIRECTIONS
- Mix chia seeds and ½ cup hot water in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes to hydrate the chia seeds.
- Stir in vanilla, honey, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and nut milk. Whisk to combine thoroughly. This mix will keep in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
- Top with fig quarters, chopped nuts, and another drizzle of honey. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. (Pro tip: Meal prep for the week by making the chia yogurt the night before. It’ll be cool and ready to go in the morning.)
