Whipped Honey Butter Recipe


This Whipped Honey Butter recipe is the perfect way to work any of our raw and unfiltered honeys into your favorite dishes. ½ cup butter or ½ cup margarine (at room temperature)

¼ cup Local Hive honey

½ tsp nutmeg

For Vanilla Cinnamon Honey Butter:

¼ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp cinnamon

For Orange Honey Butter:

2 tsp grated orange zest

For Lemon Honey Butter:

2 tsp grated lemon zest

2. Mix in your other ingredients, if any.
3. Gradually add in your honey and mix until well blended.
