Honey Snickerdoodles

Recipes

You can’t go wrong with a cookie that’s as fun to say as it is to eat.

Did you know Snickerdoodles are one of the most popular holiday cookies? A cousin to the classic sugar cookie, they’re made with cream of tartar, which gives these cookies a lighter, fluffier texture. You can spot a Snickerdoodle by its cinnamon sugar coating – the perfect warm, sweet spicy cookie to eat while nestled up to the fireplace listening to your holiday soundtrack.

@bitesbybianca is giving us her recipe, which uses Local Hive honey from our Winter Bliss Gift Box, adding floral, rich notes to this sweet treat. You can choose your favorite honey flavor - or try one in each batch you bake.

And did we mention the cute decorations? Bee and flower sprinkles hint at the honey flavor of the cookie. Give Gingerbread Men a run for their money with this Snickerdoodle recipe.
