INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups ricotta- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup Local Hive Honey from Winter Bliss Gift Box
- ½ tsp black truffle zest
DIRECTIONS
1. Put the ricotta cheese into a food processor.2. Add the olive oil, honey, and black truffle zest and blend until smooth.
3. Spoon the whipped ricotta into a piping bag and pipe it into a serving dish.
4. Drizzle Local Hive honey and sprinkle a little black truffle zest on top.
5. Serve with freshly baked bread.
6. Sit back and get ready for compliments!
