Honey Whipped Ricotta Dip

Recipes

If there were ever a time to make this recipe, it’s now. During the holidays, we all get a little fancy. We deck our halls with fancy decorations. We dress in fancy holiday outfits. And, yes, we make fancy appetizers.

The great thing about this recipe is that, with a few simple tricks, you can “fancify” it, making it fit perfectly among the most impressive holiday spreads.

  1. Pipe the whipped ricotta into a serving dish to make a pretty pattern.
  2. Use premium, raw & unfiltered Local Hive honey.
  3. Use fresh-baked bread instead of store-bought crackers.
  4. Sprinkle truffle zest on top because, well, truffles.

Also perfect for this time of year is the Local Hive Winter Bliss Gift Box. Packed with premium, raw & unfiltered honey from some of the snowiest U.S. locations, it makes a fancy gift.
