DIY Organic Honey Gummies
Recipes
No, they’re not THAT kind of gummies. But these DIY organic honey gummies will give you some kind of buzz, that’s for sure. Make this sweet treat with real fruit juice, raw sugar, and Organic Hive Honey for a sweet treat without refined sugar.
What's the deal with Organic Hive Honey?
We launched Organic Hive because we were looking for the highest quality, most unique organic honey we could find. And we went all the way to the highlands of Brazil to find it. There, a local beekeeping co-op raises their bees in the wilderness, giving it a unique floral taste that makes recipes like these gummies so much sweeter.
It's USDA Organic, raw & unfiltered, and free from any additives or artificial sweeteners. Just honey straight from the hive.
How to Make DIY Organic Honey Gummies
INGREDIENTS
️For the red gumdrops:️1 cup pomegranate juice
️2 tbsp Organic Hive Honey
️2 1/2 tbsp gelatin
️2 tbsp granulated sweetener
For the green gumdrops:
️1 cup pear juice
️1/2 tsp spirulina
️2 tbsp Organic Hive Honey
️2 1/2 tbsp gelatin
️2 tbsp granulated sweetener
DIRECTIONS
1. For the red gumdrops, pour the juice in a medium pot and add the honey. Whisk well. Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice mixture and lightly mix. Allow to harden for 2 minutes.2. Transfer the pot to the stove and heat over low heat for 3–4 minutes or until fully liquid.
3. Use a dropper to transfer the liquid into the mold carefully. Alternatively, you can use a large glass container. Transfer to the fridge for 4-6 hours or until fully set.
4. Repeat the process for the green gumdrop ingredients.
5. After both sets of gumdrops are set, carefully remove them from the molds. If you don’t want to add sweetener, you can eat them like this! However, if you want the sweetener coating, place on a wire rack. Raise the rack using two glasses and put a small fan next to the rack. Turn on low and allow to dry for 90 minutes- 2 hours.
6. Toss both of the gumdrops in granulated sweetener to coat and enjoy.
