Hot Honey Spaghetti Squash Peanut Noodles

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup natural peanut butter πŸ₯œ
1/4 cup tamari
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup Local Hive Chipotle Hot Honey 🍯
1 clove pressed garlic
3-4 cups cooked spaghetti squash
1/4 cup cilantro or sliced green onions, for garnish
Lime, for garnish
1/4 cup crushed peanuts, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400ΒΊ. Cut your spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and stringy parts. Then bake, cut sides up, for 30–40 minutes.

2. Stir Hot Honey, peanut butter, tamari, rice vinegar, and garlic in a mixing bowl until combined and drizzle-able.

3. Heat cooked spaghetti squash noodles in a large pot and stir in the peanut sauce.

4. Serve with cilantro, lime juice, and crushed peanuts.
