These instant Wellness Bombs are a winter lifesaver. They're like bath bombs, but they make you feel good inside. We collab'd with Marrissa AKA @overthespoonfor to create this delicious, soothing and simple recipe featuring Organic Hive Honey.

You can easily prep them ahead of time, then store them in the freezer until you need to add a boost of antioxidants to your cup of tea — or even just hot water.

How to Make Instant Wellness Bombs

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons Organic Hive Honey
1 slice of lemon
1 slice of fresh ginger
1 bag of green tea

DIRECTIONS

1. Place honey, lemon, and ginger in a spherical ice mold.
2. Fill the mold with water and freeze until solid.
3. When you're ready for instant wellness, pour 8 oz. boiling water into a mug with 1 bag of green tea. 4. Allow the tea to steep for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the wellness bomb to the hot green tea.
6. Stir gently to combine as the bomb melts.
7. Serve and enjoy!
